Erwachen am Strand oder der Yogaplattform im Olivenhain und nutzen das Meer f\u00fcr belebende Kneipp-Momente. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contemplative hikes along centuries-old mule tracks take us from the sea to the interior of the country, while meditations en route under spreading plane trees or on the beach open up inner space for mindfulness and presence. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, there is enough free time to relax, read, reflect \u2013 or simply enjoy this enchanting place.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3
