My identity – my personality
Nature, sea and light – and a week just for you.
This week-long intensive seminar combines profound self-awareness with the regenerative power of Greece’s Mediterranean environment. The focus is on exploring and strengthening your identity and personality – in a safe, mindful setting that naturally combines inner development with moments of external relaxation. The seminar venue, Peli Kastri, is located at the foot of Greece’s Pelion Mountains.
The intensive week offers space and opportunity for mental revitalisation, processing inner processes, exchange and leisure time with group participants, shared meals and chats in our own Greek taverna with excellent cuisine close to the beach.
What is the intensive seminar about?
This week, you will embark on a journey of discovery with like-minded people to uncover hidden causes that are having a negative impact on you. Your own desires and goals play an essential role in this, and we want to discover and develop the path to achieving them together as a group, as well as learning how to deal with rediscovered and new resources of your own.
Identity is not a fixed state, but a living process. Similarly, one’s personality continues to develop throughout life – shaped on the one hand by formative experiences in childhood, one’s own decisions, relationship experiences and inner growth steps.
With the help of Thomas Weber’s professionally and responsibly led seminar, you will gain new insights and perspectives on yourself in an atmosphere of nature, tranquillity and mindfulness – creative media, among other things, will support your self-awareness process.
This seminar is for you if you:
- want to take a closer look at your self-image
- want to develop inner stability and authentic self-efficacy
- are undergoing change or reorientation
- are employed in psychotherapy or social work and wish to develop personally
- or simply want to get back in touch with yourself
