The mild climate in southern Pelion is perfect for the Amfissa olive. With the help of friends and enthusiasts, we harvest our olives at the earliest possible moment, because then they produce the highest quality oil: extra virgin olive oil.
This all means that our harvest is smaller than other olive oil producers, but we believe that less is more! And you can taste it – 100%

We are Elisabeth and Peter and fell in love with the area and the people around Kastri in South Pelion over 30 years ago, especially because it always helps us to relax and enjoy the untouched nature. In accordance with our vision, in Peli Kastri we combine the qualities of calm, mediation, mindfulness, exercise and effort and place the greatest emphasis on mental and physical health. Peter’s method “WISDOM for the conscious design of a successful life” serves as the cornerstone of our offering. Elisabeth's quality ensures that the pure joy of life (popularly called “kefi” in Greece) is not neglected.
